In 2009, while participating in farmers markets, Chef Ricardo Sandoval from Fat Cats and Chef Jonathon Sawyer from The Greenhouse Tavern began purchasing produce on a weekly basis for their menus. That was the beginning of loyal friendships and also the start of many Chef to Farm relationships. Currently Red Basket Farm is supplying weekly deliveries to twelve Cleveland Chef-owned Restaurants, and other local venues.
